Guest Policies

Reservations and occupancy

A reservation covers the entire selected cabin. The number of guests must not exceed its maximum capacity:

• Simple Cabin: 1 guest
• Double Cabin: up to 2 guests
• Triple Cabin: up to 3 guests
• Matrimonial Cabin: up to 2 guests

Guests must provide accurate information when making a reservation. Availability and the final price are confirmed during the booking process.

Payment

Payment is made at the property in Peruvian soles (PEN) or US dollars (USD). The final amount is shown during the booking process and in the reservation confirmation.

Cancellations

A reservation may be cancelled free of charge at any time before the scheduled arrival. No cancellation fee will be charged.

Changes to reservations

Changes to a reservation are free of charge and subject to availability. If the dates, cabin type, or number of guests changes, any resulting difference in the accommodation price will apply.

Check-in and check-out

The applicable check-in and check-out information is shown in the reservation confirmation. Guests should contact AndeStay Hostel in advance if they expect to arrive late or require a special arrangement.

Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins or enclosed common areas.

Guest conduct

Guests must respect the property, staff, other guests, and the surrounding environment. Excessive noise, dangerous behaviour, and intentional damage to the property are not permitted.

Special requests

Requests concerning accessibility, pets, arrival times, or other individual requirements should be discussed with AndeStay Hostel before booking. Special requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

Personal data

Personal data collected during the reservation and stay is used to process the booking, communicate with guests, and provide the requested services. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.

By completing a reservation, the guest confirms that the information provided is accurate and accepts these Guest Policies and the Terms and Conditions.
